Biggest set Back
The court case – I had to wait nearly 3 yrs to be able to fight in England, I had to work in Europe and America in the meantime.
When do you Train
3 times a day, 5 days a week, and once on day 7.
What Type
Circuit training, lightweights, sprint training, squash, bag work, sparring, skipping, and pad work.
Exercise Tips
It’s not quantity training you need,its quality.
Advice or Vice
Vice - I like chocolate, Advice –Eat well sleep well and the rest will take care of itself.
