Speed and Plyometric Drills

A good selection of how you can adapt your speed ladder drills, by simply bringing in a basket ball, or by using two different ladders and plyometrics.

The plyometrics at the end of the video also shows some good ideas to implement into your workouts.

Try and focus on using your arms to help your leg speed, a fast pumping action will help you increase foot speed - and also aim to keep the head up.
