E numbers

E numbers are a combination of Colours E100 - E180, Preservatives E200 - E285, antioxidants E300 - E321 and a complete array of Sweeterners, Emulsifiers, Stabilisers, Thickeners and Gelling Agents.

They are found in foods and drinks, with some causing over activity, especially in children, whilst others are naturally good for you.

With so many different enumbers, if you have any concerns about a specific enumber, then its worth doing a search via search engines such as "Google"
