Bunny Hops

 

This is a tough exercise, which should only be performed by persons with a good level of fitness. If you don't have a step box, or feel uncomfortable about the movement, place your hands on a chair, and simulate the action with an imaginary step box.

START
MIDDLE

Keeping your feet together and your hands firmly on the front of a step box, jump up and take both feet over the step.

On landing on your toes, you can either jump immediately back over the box, or take a small bounce before jumping back.

Aim to focus actually jumping over the step box, however take care not to hit the step, remembering to land with both feet.

The higher the box, the harder the exercise.

Stretch and Warm Up before you commence any exercise and aim to finish with some good stretching to let your body and mind recover.
