A good exercise for working both the heart and lungs, and also leg muscles.

Lean against a solid wall, whilst lifting your knees up towards your chest, in a smooth alternating motion.

This exercise can be performed slowly, by placing your feet completely on the floor, or for those that are fitter, try performing the exercise at speed, working off your toes.

Stretch and Warm Up before you commence any exercise and aim to finish with some good stretching to let your body and mind recover.
