Sprint Toe Run

This exercise can be performed with either your feet together or with wide legs stance, however focus on sprint speed throughout.

Staying on your toes, rapidly alternate your legs, lifting and lowering your feet only a few inches from the floor.

You can either work in an upright position, or a lowered squatted (harder) position.

Pump the arms to help both balance and increase sprinting speed.

Stretch and Warm Up before you commence any exercise and aim to finish with some good stretching to let your body and mind recover.
