Around The Worlds

Can be performed standing or seated, commencing the exercise with your hands in front - by your sides or behind you.

stand straight with your head up keep your arms straight throughout lift in a smooth controlled manner


Smoothly raise your arms out to your sides, to a position directly overhead, keeping you arms straight throughout.

Focus on keeping the movement as slow as possible, ideally working both arms together, however can be worked in an alternate arm action.

Stretch and Warm Up before you commence any exercise and aim to finish with some good stretching to let your body and mind recover.

Look in the Home Workout area for a great sample workout, if any of these exercises are too hard, then adjust them to your own needs.
