Across A Box Press Ups

This is an extremely hard exercise, which should only be carried out by persons who are already strong at doing press-ups.

Place your hands to one side of a step box, do a press-up, then traverse across from one side to the other. Once at the other side do another press-up then go across to the other side.

Aim to keep a straight line through your spine, however you will have to lift your bottom when traversing the step box.

Make sure the step box is secure, & you place your hands firmly onto the box.

Can be made harder by increasing the height of the step box, however you may find it better to start with a low box, or even no box at all.

Stretch and Warm Up before you commence any exercise and aim to finish with some good stretching to let your body and mind recover.
