Bodysense

Bodysense gyms are a leading hotel based gym based within the Paramount hotels. The gym facilities are free to guests during their stay at the hotel, and are also open to gym members. Bodysense gym memberships start can from just ?30 a month depending on the hotel location. In addition the facilities can vary by hotel location but can include cardio and resistance equipment, spa pool or hot sauna, or a heated pool. Many of the Bodysense gyms also have sunbeds, squash courts, tennis courts, a hair salon and cr?che facilities.

They offer a variety of classes at each club, including Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics and Legs, Bums & Tums. To find out what's currently available please check with your local club.
