CALF

HAMSTRINGS
QUADRICEPS
keep your feet facing forward
keep your knees close together
hold onto something if you have poor balance
INNER THIGH
OUTER THIGH
LOWER BACK
UPPER BACK
ease gradually into the stretch
never force the stretch
make sure there is nothing behind you when rollingback
repeat the movement, making the stretch larger
ABDOMINALS
OBLIQUES
CHEST
SHOULDER
aim to make the stretch gradually larger
never force your body into the stretch
aim to keep your elbows high
keep your body facing forward
BICEPS
TRICEPS
WRIST
NECK
keep your inline with your shoulder
avoid pulling down on your neck
can also be performed with fingers interlocked
avoid placing too much pressure
