A simple, but effective shrug frame that can be used for isolating the trapeziums or upper traps. Exigo have made this shrug frame using heavy grade oval steel work to ISO 9001 standards. Add weight plates either side for balance and you can then use the knurled steel handles to grip whilst performing the exercise.
