Exigo Tricep Dips Frame

Designed with the user very much in mind, this Exigo dipping frame is manufactured in the UK to ISO 9001 standards. With a robust oval section steel frame and larger than normal diameter handles for a secure and firm grip, Exigo also created a slightly tapered position to enable multiple training positions.

Tricep dips are actually a compound movement as they involve not only the tricep, but the elbow and also shoulder joint along with the body's own weight acting as resistance.
